Impact Attenuation Test Report Issues… Quadra10, Nestshankel Kolibri, Kuckennest and Mammushankel the test report indicates that 11 impacts were performed on each swing. According to ASTM F 1487-17 section 8.6.7.3(6) the required number of impacts is 10.- Recommend having report revised

The swing impact test for the Spatzennest exceeded 100g’s as defined in ASTM F 1487-17 section 8.6.4.2.- You cannot certify this model

While reviewing the Test Report… No modified models are listed on the test report.
Section 1.6.1 is checked Pass- Should be n/a,
Section 6 is checked n/a – If you have to look at component it should be Pass / Fail.
Section 8.6 Swings is checked Pass, however Hangers 8.6.3 Should be pass of Fail, For example if you are reviewing a slide for Head / neck entrapments – Bounded non rigid openings would be a n/a.
Suspended Element Impact Attenuation Testing results are attached- Once Impact Attenuation Test Report is corrected you can resubmit results for certification.

Section 12.3 should be pass / Fail not n/a, Section 12.3.1.2 and 12.3.1.3 require Pass / Fail- not n/a

12.3.1.2 For swing assemblies intended for multiple occupancy, a load distribution device shall be centered on each sitting position. A vertical downward force of 605 lbf (2691 N) shall be applied to each loading device simultaneously. The force shall be applied gradually, attaining but not exceeding 605 lbf per device and then maintained for 5 min. – An excessive load was applied.

Section 12.4.1 and 12.4.1.6 are checked Pass – Should be n/a

For Load Type- Swing should have been checked – NOT Individual Longitudinal Component or Individual Surfaces.
